Happy Holiday Season Everyone!
Hoping you and your loved ones are all safe and happy. Holiday season during a pandemic is pretty strange. Not being able to visit my family during this time of year has me feeling even more introspective than usual. As the year is ending I can't help but realize all normal things we used to do each season in the past, and how much that changed this year. It has definitely been an exercise on one's ability to adapt and accept change, as well as bake bread!  This has definitely been horrible year for musicians' livelihoods, but it's also been an amazing year of displays of creativity, resourcefulness, and spirit of not letting your passions end when the world gets put on pause. I am in awe of the amazing music that has seen through the darkness, has kept our spirits up, and had us rocking through the ups and downs.

I wanted to encourage you all this holiday season to think about your local music venues. These business like so many other business in your cities have been hit exceptionally hard! If it's in your power, maybe think about supporting your venues somehow, be it through donations, merchandise purchase, food purchases, or even gift cards to use towards future tickets when the performing arts make their comeback! YEAH!!!
